We are a family-owned company that makes and sells hand-crafted jewelry. Since 2005, we have sold charms (sterling silver, silver-plated, and pewter), bracelets, earrings, and necklaces at many events. We also have guitar pick necklaces and earrings in many styles.
Events we handle include
• High school marching band competitions
• Color guard competitions
• Dance recitals
• Cheerleader competitions
• Football, basketball, and soccer games
• Craft shows
• Conventions of all types
We now carry several styles of pocket watches along with our hand-crafted one of a kind Steampunk jewelry. We also make a more formal jewelry line that is perfect for proms, weddings, and parties. Special orders are always available by emailing Regina@Bead-Weaver.com.
Bead Weaver is more than a seller, however. We are a fundraising partner. Remember the stuff you sold in middle school and high school? Cookies, candles, Christmas ornaments, wrapping paper—those were some hard sells, right?
Those days are over. We offer unique products that are sure to help you raise hundreds of dollars a year!
How Bead Weaver Fundraising Works
We can help your organization raise money in two ways:
• On-site booth sales
• Website sales.
Invite Bead Weaver to set up at your next event—we handle all types! We bring everything we need—tables, signs, displays, lamps, even credit card machines—and sell custom-made jewelry throughout the event. Before we leave, we give you a percentage of our gross sales as a donation. It's that simple!
Do you prefer to charge us a set fee instead? No problem! We work with whichever is most convenient for you.
Using bead-weaver.com for fundraising sales is just as easy!
1. Contact us to establish an account for your organization.
2. Direct students, parents, friends, and other supporters to www.bead-weaver.com to order from our online catalog.
3. Have your supporters list your organization on the online order form under referring organization.
4. We mail you a check each month for a percentage of these purchases.
Of course, you don't have to be associated with a fundraiser to purchase from us. Feel free to buy from us because you love our hand-crafted jewelry or maybe you finally found that perfect gift for a special person in your life.
Don’t see exactly what you want on our site? Email email@example.com with a description, and we’ll take care of the rest. We love creating special orders!
Would you like several charms on the same necklace? All you have to do is order one of them as a necklace, and then order the additional charms. Leave us a note when you check out and we will customize your necklace before we ship it out.

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, except weekends and holidays.
United States orders:
First Class: $2.75 for the first item plus $0.10 for each additional item.
Priority Mail: $5.80
Priority Mail: $20.55 under 4lbs ($42.25 over 4lbs)
Priority Mail: $24.75 under 4lbs ($61.75 over 4lbs)
Refund and Returns Policies:
We have a 100% money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply email us to describe the problem. Then return your purchase in original, unused condition for a full refund, minus shipping charges.
We adhere to a high quality standard for all our jewelry and workmanship. However, sometimes problems arise. If your purchase is damaged or defective, we will replace or repair it free of charge. The only exception is intentional abuse. Please call or email us to describe the problem, then simply return it to us at:
